Accordion Pleats & Tulle

According to dictionary.com, accordion pleats have been around since the 1800's. They're classic. We've seen them sashay down fashion runways. Marilyn Monroe is famously known for her white accordion dress being blown from a subway grate. Child Star Shirley Temple (I'm a vintage movie buff) wore an accordion dress in the movie, 'The Little Girl Who Fought The Great Depression'. The list goes on and on.
