Becca x Chrissy Cravings Glow Kitchen Kit is Sweet
Red Velvet Lip Souffle (Matte Liquid Lip)
I love Becca's lip products! I've purchased all of Becca's Chrissy collabs. Every collection Chrissy comes out with suits me. So I keep buying them. I love this color! Red Velvet? It doesn't give me red velvet color vibes, but more cinnamon vibes. It's a color that will suit a lot of skin tones. I also love the formula! It's a moussey texture. Very lightweight, but it doesn't compromise on color. The color payoff is beautiful. They say its matte, but it doesn't dry down all the way. Your lips feel moisturized and it never cracks. It feels really good on the lips. It looks good on the lips!
Cinnamon Churro Glow Souffle Eye Shadow & Highlighter Duo
There are TWO things in this one package! I didn't know that until I finished filming and watched the Becca video. You receive a bronze color eye shadow. It lays beautifully on the eyes and it swatched really well. It's easy to work with, as you will see in my video. That's the top part of the packaging. It also has a cute mirror. Now the bottom portion...The bottom portion contains the highlighter! It's a beautiful gold and it smells like cinnamon rolls :) You can wear this on your eyes, face, shoulders, decollete etc. It's not overwhelming and looks beautiful on the skin. I didn't mention, but this is the only product that has a scent. The lipstick, eye shadow and second highlighter below DOES NOT HAVE A SCENT. That was a bit disappointing because this had a baking theme. But all products perform beautifully!
Red Velvet Lip Souffle as a BLUSH
I felt a disconnect between my eyes & lips. I felt something was missing. So I used the red velvet lip souffle on my cheeks as a blush. You need very little! But it added warmth to my face. The same coloring to my face. I also added Urban Decay's Perversion Mascara to my top and bottom eyelashes to bring out my eyes. It really worked.
Cinnamon Sugar Confectionery Glow Powder Loose Highlighter
The second highlighter is a loose cinnamon sugar powder highlighter. You'll see from my swatches it is gold and orange. I didn't know how it would look with the bronze eye shadow and cinnamon liquid lipstick, but it worked. It's a nice alternative option to the gold highlighter above. It's housed in a plastic square container. You remove the label and there are grid of holes. I had a bit of trouble dispensing the powder. I found it best to dispense it into the lid & apply.
Overall, this was a really good collection. Beautiful colors. Perfect for the Fall and Winter months. It will definitely take you into the New Year. Everything performed well. SCENTS? The gold highlighter did smell like cinnamon buns but everything else had NO SCENT and NO TASTE. That was a bit disappointing as I stated above, because this was promoted as a baking theme. But the end result was so beautiful, I still gave it a sweet rating. Add it to your collection.
