I truly tried to bring everyone back their own collectors set, but customs wasn't going for it. LOL I'm just messin' with ya! I wasn't there. I bring you these pics, through their website. Trust me if I was, I wouldn't come back. HaHaHa
Oh BTW, if you want a collectors set you can still get one through the Harvey Nichols Website (if you live in mainland UK, Highland, Islands & Ireland) OR for us lovelies in the US... the lovely peeps in Europe are selling them to us on Ebay, starting at $120 a pop (no pun intended). HaHaHa The shipping price is probably a MUTHA!!! Where are my European friends? Hook a bloggie friend UP! Didn't Diet Coke originate in the States? Why are they always only exclusively sold across the pond? Why? HaHa
I'm not even a diet Coke fan (LOVE Coca-Cola!!!), but these look SUPER COOL. This is not the1st designer collaboration. There have been many other designers that have dressed up the Diet Coke bottle. Do a search on the internet. They've all been cool.
So How Did Jean Paul Gaultier Do?
Like His Diet Coke Bottles?
the coke cans look awesome, and the models are dressed perfectly.
ReplyDeletei love when models wear their hair in high buns...so pretty!
p.s. i like coke too; not a fan of diet. :)
Love these and not fair that we haven't seen the collaborations over here! I'd love to have one of those bottles! I've been told that the bottles are alum which I thought was interesting--just assumed with the crimped lid, they were glass. I guess I'll never know lol!
ReplyDeletelove these ads, and bottle designs are amazing
ReplyDeletewow what a cool collab! ...but uh, 120/each on ebay? yikes xP lol Xox <3 hautepinkpretty.com
ReplyDeleteI think one of these sets looks very revealing, but it's a interesting cross promotion.
ReplyDeleteOh. My. Goodness! The fact that I completely didn't change my mind about wanting them after seeing the pricetag is MADNESS! But I am a sucker for pop culture & fashion merging together to make something adorable! & they really are adorable!
ReplyDeleteI seriously come to you for fashion news, Kim- you rock!
xx Corinne
That looks like the coolest bottles I've ever seen, and the party looks just awesome. I guess my invite got lost in the mail.

I love the designs. They are awesome and very modern. I think its a great change for Coke.
ReplyDeleteI am not a diet coke person. It is also sad that a fashion label has tied up with it as it is more harmful to you than regular coke.
ReplyDeletewww.thoughtsofpaps.com
They are very cool bottles! Very funny pics, great post! <3<3
ReplyDeleteUmmmm $120 for a soda, WOW...... I too am a coca-cola girl, that aspartame gets me every time in the diet. ;) xoxo A-
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of this collaboration- so neat!!! My Mum is a huge fan of Diet Coke and her B-day is coming up so I may have to get her one :)
ReplyDeleteThose bottles are so awesome! I also love the lace covered champagne flutes!

I LOVE diet coke and I really love these bottles, they are so cool. The striped one is definitely my favorite. The models red lips and pumps are so much fun as well!
ReplyDeleteCor Blimey! Such a fun bottle design! I'm also feeling the lace covered champagne flutes too!
ReplyDeleteSadly I won't be drinking d/coke, as it contains aspartame which is not very good for you. I'm not even going to go into the health risks.

Oh Kim, these Diet Coke collaborations always break my heart! Why are the French just so cool? When I was in Paris a few years ago, I got to sample diet coke from a Sonia Rykiel collaboration bottle and it has neve tasted sweeter, I must say. My only regret is that the beautiful bottle didn't make it home with me.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, I think the J-PG collaboration is even more precious. Who could argue with a soda bottle dressed in a bustier?!
xox,
Cee
It looks amazing:)
ReplyDeleteOmg Kim this looks amazing! I'm not a fan of diet coke either (the full fat stuff for me!) but I love the costumes the girls are wearing and the design of the bottle! xx
