Jean Paul Gaultier, Diet Coke and Harvey Nichols

Hey guys! What's up? Many of you have probably heard about the Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration with Diet Coke. Well there was a launch party at the exclusive Harvey Nichols in London and I thought I would bring it to you.

I truly tried to bring everyone back their own collectors set, but customs wasn't going for it. LOL I'm just messin' with ya! I wasn't there. I bring you these pics, through their website. Trust me if I was, I wouldn't come back. HaHaHa

Oh BTW, if you want a collectors set you can still get one through the Harvey Nichols Website (if you live in mainland UK, Highland, Islands & Ireland) OR for us lovelies in the US... the lovely peeps in Europe are selling them to us on Ebay, starting at $120 a pop (no pun intended). HaHaHa The shipping price is probably a MUTHA!!! Where are my European friends? Hook a bloggie friend UP! Didn't Diet Coke originate in the States? Why are they always only exclusively sold across the pond? Why? HaHa

I'm not even a diet Coke fan (LOVE Coca-Cola!!!), but these look SUPER COOL. This is not the1st designer collaboration. There have been many other designers that have dressed up the Diet Coke bottle. Do a search on the internet. They've all been cool.

So How Did Jean Paul Gaultier Do?
Like His Diet Coke Bottles?

i love when models wear their hair in high buns...so pretty!

  2. Love these and not fair that we haven't seen the collaborations over here! I'd love to have one of those bottles! I've been told that the bottles are alum which I thought was interesting--just assumed with the crimped lid, they were glass. I guess I'll never know lol!

  34. I am not a diet coke person. It is also sad that a fashion label has tied up with it as it is more harmful to you than regular coke.

  40. Cor Blimey! Such a fun bottle design! I'm also feeling the lace covered champagne flutes too!

Sadly I won't be drinking d/coke, as it contains aspartame which is not very good for you. I'm not even going to go into the health risks.

  46. Oh Kim, these Diet Coke collaborations always break my heart! Why are the French just so cool? When I was in Paris a few years ago, I got to sample diet coke from a Sonia Rykiel collaboration bottle and it has neve tasted sweeter, I must say. My only regret is that the beautiful bottle didn't make it home with me.

I have to say, I think the J-PG collaboration is even more precious. Who could argue with a soda bottle dressed in a bustier?!
