Wish for something everyday! It doesn't hurt to ask.
Have FAITH! Either your wish will be granted, denied (sometimes denial is good! haha) or
it just might be granted at a later time in your life. Sometimes I
simply wish for a peaceful & pleasant day. Other times it's for
something in particular I may want.
On this particular day, I wished for the rain to stop so I could photograph this floral dress I purchased from ASOS. The dark floral print of the dress was truly befitting of the weather that day. HaHa Cloudy, rainy skies loomed over the city and the wind was seriously whipping! Talk about blowing me away (and don't even mention my little camera tripod)! HaHa Well, the rain did stop long enough for me to get in a couple of photos, the sun came out and then it rained again. HaHaHa Grass on my shoes. Check. Head & feet cut off in pic. Check. Damp hair. Check. However, I still smiled because my humble wish was granted. :) AND I'm ordering another black cardigan, because after looking at this one, it is seriously faded! HaHaHa Pictures reveal everything! Have A Great Day!

You are so right Kim, wishes do come true - not always the big ones, or the unrealistic win-the-lottery-type ones... but if you focus on all of the small things you hope for that do actually come to you, you'll be a very happy, positive person! So glad the sun came out for you to snap these shots, your dress is just lovely; I'm especially drawn to the empire waistline with the velvet ribbon. Happy Monday!

Oh it does look really windy! Glad you got a break in the rain for long enough to take some shots of the dress though - it's beautiful! I love the print and the pleats :)

Hello lovely!! I agree. Sometimes we can't always get what we want, but we get what we need...we can wish and wish, if it comes true, we are thankful and if it doesn't sometimes it just happens another way or when we're more ready!! You look radiant, I love the outfit, the colour suits you perfectly!! I do hope you had a marvellous Easter time doll. ReplyDeleteP.S. Thank you for your concern on my health and praying for me. I truly appreciate it. I'm praying myself and keeping my faith in check everyday. I also understand that things happen for a reason. You're one blogger than I would consider as friend so I'll share with you what happen actually. I'm diagnosed with Endometriosis. In non meds term it's basically a cyst and it's in my uterus. It has been my "pet" for the last 2 years and since it didn't grow nor was harmful so Dr said I've to monitor it every 6 months. Yesterday, he told me I have a 2nd one now. (Sigh). I guess it's time to do something about it now. I hope you do a yearly meds check to monitor your health too. It is really important.
