Bath and Body Works recently had a HUGE up to 75% off Sale! Who's a fan!?! I love them and even more so when my favorite products are deeply discounted. It's a win-win for my checking account. HaHaHaWhat really made me happy, was the introduction of their new Autumn candle collection. Have you seen them? I wanted all the scents. I didn't have a single candle left in my home, so this was a great opportunity to stock up. I also purchased a couple of their new shower smoothies.
Here's a quick review of what I purchased.
Sweet-Bittersweet-NotSweet
Pumpkin Caramel Latte - Supersweet - Think rich buttery caramel with a hint of latte & pumpkin. If you're a caramel fan, you're going to love this candle. I do.Pumpkin Cupcake - Supersweet - This candle has a pumpkin & frosting cupcake scent. It's perfect for Halloween and Thanksgiving. It has a really delightful scent. I may have to buy another one of these. HaHaHa
Pumpkin Pecan Waffles - Sweet - Imagine waffles with butter & maple syrup. So good. I didn't detect pumpkin at all, but the candle sure smells good. Makes me want breakfast! HaHaHa
Gelato - Supersweet - This candle is a mix of everything sweet! Think cotton candy, taffy, and place yourself in a confectionery sweet shop. That's the scent of this candle!
Caribbean Salsa - Sweet - If you're a fan of orange scents, this candle is for you. The scent is orange, mango tango, tangerine and add to it a tropical breeze. Very unique scent!
Ice Cream Shop- Not Sweet - It was really hard to detect any scent, because it was super light. I did detect vanilla, but not a lot. It's almost non-existent. HaHaHa
Strawberry Banana - Sweet - This shower smoothie body wash is thick & pink in color. It has micro beads for exfoliation. It has an authentic strawberry scent with a hint of banana. It's VERY strawberry, lathers well and your skin feels soft afterwards! A treat for your skin.
Blueberry Vanilla - Bittersweet - This shower smoothie body is thick & blue in color. It has microbeads for exfoliation. This has a light blueberry scent. Not much vanilla. It's ok, but nothing to brag about. It lathers well and your skin feels soft afterwards.

Oh em gee those first three pumpkin candles sound divine! Shame about the ice cream one but sounds like its the only dud. I wish we had Bath and Body here!

I have a love-hate relationship with Bath & Body Works. I love their products, especially the candles - I have a French pastry trio that all smell divine - but because there aren't very many locations in Canada, I always seem to miss out on the sales. And I hate to pay full price, no matter how good something smells ;)

Away From Blue
Love Bath & Body works!! These sound marvellous. Shame some of them didn't work out, as they had a great idea for it. The Body Shop is the one we have here. There was a Bath & Body Works in Edinburgh, but it closed just before I moved here, so it must not have been a popular thing with people. Shame as I wish there was one here!! The American candles do well, they call them Yankee candles, hahaha! Super review doll :)) Loved it!! Have a great day :)

I did not see these scent before I left America but the ones on the shelves looked and smell so good. I really wanted to get a bunch of them back home with me but it was just too heavy =( My sister had their vanilla and lavender at home and I loved it!

The candles must be all very nice, what a shame for the ice cream shop one! I'm very disappointed with bath and body, as a matter of fact I refuse to buy anything from them any longer. I became such a fig fan of the carribean salsa scent and bought was a faithful customer almost every weekend I was there making my purchase. Till one day poor it was gone, I found people selling it on the web for double if not triple the cost. Yes I bought it because when I got used to the scent I was going through a cancer scare and it was comforting every time I could spread that scent in my home I felt so good. God is great I'm cancer free but I long the comfort of the sweet smell that was there through my painful journey. So its ridiculous, this stores have no idea as a consumer what's behind our story with those products. So sad ��
