"I Need You Yogurt" Wash Off Pack contains 4 individual packets: apricot (remove dead skin cells), strawberry (skin brightening), apple (skin moisturizing), kiwi (skin rejuvenating). The only one I liked was apple. The others? Well, just read the CONS below. There's enough product in each packet to use twice. However, once you open the package there's no way to reseal it. Plus bacteria can set in if left open. Another option is to refrigerate this product. My advice to you is, it's not worth buying. It's super cheap! I purchased this for $3.50 on Sasa.com. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but I was CURIOUS! HaHaHa After trying all of them, my skin felt DRIER. The problem I have with this product, is the packaging and that it doesn't work (at least not for my skin type). Below is my rating scale.
Sweet-Bittersweet-NotSweet
supersweet(run & buy it) sweet(really good,buy it) bittersweet(ok, issues) not sweet(not good,don't buy this stuff)
I think I'll just buy some regular yogurt and put on my skin >.<
Happy Tuesday!
oh boooo i new these looked wayy to good to be true.. hahaa
ReplyDeleteOh... Thanks for sharing this review... Atleast you know what product to stay away from... It's a good thing it's cheap... :-)
ReplyDeleteHttp://www.plumpysindulgences.blogspot.com/
lol. yes. I'll buy some yogurt and put it on my face too. I mean, I already put avocado, oatmeal and coffee on my face anyway.
ReplyDeleteActually, regular yoghurt, the natural full fat one, of course, is probably a much better option. It's been used in Russia forever and is still one of my DIY beauty treatments. :) You can add mashed fruit or herbs such as parsley, egg yolks or honey as extras depending on your skin type.

What a shame for so many of them to be terrible. They sound cool and all, but if they don't work, they need to go back to the drawing board on this one!! Shame!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. In reply to your comment, sorry to hear about things, I do hope all gets better and the sun shines for you brightly soon. I know we all have these moments sometimes, but you will be right as rain in no time doll :)) I hope your mom is getting better and resting. Big hugs to her. And you take good care of yourself too. Am always here should you need :))) Lots of love & hugs to you too!!! <3
ReplyDeleteHi Kim! You're a real trooper trying out all of these Etude masks to tell us about them. Like you said, I can see the packaging is a bit of a pain in that you can't reseal it, so half the product is wasted. I'm glad the apple one turned out good at least. Thanks for sharing!

Too bad these didn't work out for you! The concept is a good one. Have a fab Tuesday, Kim! xo T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteGlad there was one good apple in the bunch at least - haha! Is it sad that I laughed at my own joke? :P
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind comment - I thought purple and leopard was kinda uninteresting as last time I wore the leopard top I wore it with burgundy coloured jeans and I was just following that with a different colour, I'm pleased everyone liked it so much. I should wear more purple! :)
Away From Blue
Hi Kim! Before reading your reviews I was thinking "yummy, this stuff inspires me"! But then I was so disappointed, the packaging got me wrong indeed. The only one I would be curious to try is the apple flavor as it is the one you liked best!:) Lol next time better real yogurts for sure!:) Have a great day my dear, kisses! xo
ReplyDeleteThanks for this honest review, Kim. I guess you do get what you pay for:(
ReplyDeleteSuch a pity about this one, because the product packaging looks so cute and inviting!
ReplyDeleteAwwww.. that's too bad. I love their names too. Maybe you can try one of those sheet masks thingy. Those worked for me.
ReplyDelete(^^,)
This post somehow made me so hungry for yogurt LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day doll

That is disappointing that none of them worked well! I'd probably want to eat a yogurt after using them, haha. :)

Good to know!
ReplyDeletealways, koru kate
after reading your review, I think I would enjoy the peach one the most!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this yogurt brand before, or even knew you could put yogurt on your face as a mask!
ReplyDeleteI may try looking up some recipes on Pinterest for some DIY versions! :)
It's cute how the packaging mimics real yogurt packaging so it's a shame these weren't that all great. Any mask that makes your skin feel drier after use is definitely not a keeper. Thanks for trying them out ans sharing your opinions with us Kim!

the packaging looks really cute and I really haven't heard of yogurt wash before so Im really curious to try. I skin looks so bad and I feel like I got nothing to lose using this. Will have to go with apple though :) thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteDelightful Ideas
How unfortunate that this didn't work so well. I've done a DIY yogurt mask before and it's easy! I should try to create a few more recipes soon!

haha, they look cute though. But you're right, regular yogurt should work just fine. :)

Ahh well it sounds good in theory but I can understand all the complications that go with it - I think I'll stick to regular yogurt too! xx Kat

Oh bummer! They look so cool! I hate when you wash product off your face and it feels like it is still there, that is the worst!
ReplyDeletewell that's too bad. i do love using regular greek yogurt on my skin!
ReplyDeletegreat review dear! it seems amazing! <3

Fun. I love trying new yogurt flavors.
ReplyDeleteHey Kim, Thanks for the review. That's too bad, it didn't work out. Oh well, at least you tried it. Happy Tuesday!

I can understand the temptation with such an amazing packaging.... how terrible that none of these turned out to deliver what they originally offer to do and what's even worst... your skin felt drier :(
ReplyDeleteGreat review. I would buy this in a heart beat if I didn't read your review. The packaging is so cute....but as you mention, not quite practical if amount is enough for 2 times, what a waste. :P Do they sell the apple ones individually in different packaging? That might works out better. Or as you said, buy some real yogurt and put on your face! LOL
ReplyDeleteMmmm, I am now hungry for a snack...hehe

The packaging is really cute, it's too bad the product wasn't that good. Thanks so much for the well wishes, Kim :) I hope you're having a great week!

What a bummer. a poor product in poor packaging, doesn't get much worse than that!
ReplyDeleteChic on the Cheap
Ohh good unfortunate experience you did not have to spend much money and at least Apple was to your liking, the containers have an attractive design.
ReplyDeletewww.urbanikamoda.blogspot.com
What a pity - they sounded so good, too!
ReplyDeleteSuch a shame since it's always so nice to find a cheap product that is well worth it's tiny price tag. I guess that's not always possible though, at least you know for next time! Have you tried using just plain yoghurt by itself? You just pop it on your face and leave for 10-15 mins, it definitely works and is a lot cheaper then most other masks around! :)

Hmmm, too bad these weren't a big hit. Thanks for the review :-)
ReplyDeleteThat is too bad Kim, because I was hoping they would be excellent, especially since it's such a brilliant concept and packaging visual. :) Thanks for the review, as I've not even heard of this brand product. xx/Madison
ReplyDeleteHi dear, thanks for sharing your fashion view with me :)
ReplyDeleteI never did the juicing bit myself because I live in an area where stores like Whole Foods are the norm. I also live near a town where you can sit at a juice bar and get anything you want. I've been a fan of green drinks for years and it's one good way to really stay healthy!
ReplyDeleteThe packaging is super duper cute Kim. Too bad they are not that great. Go buy a plain greek yogurt, mix it up with some honey and save yourself money and disappointment girl. It instantly brightens up and hydrates your face. I try to do this twice a week, works wonder.
ReplyDeleteLaove your honest reviews Kim. They look pretty cute but looks are so deceiving. haha. You just helped so many of us save $3.50!!

OoOoO very cool! Thanks for sharing! I never heard of these! Hugs from Cali! xx The Golden Girls
ReplyDeleteMy skin is so sensitive to anything with milk or milk products and I tend to break out really quickly afterwards :( I think the first indicative "no" for these products is the packaging. just bleh.
ReplyDeletealways very helpful post kim! now i know what NOT to buy from Etude House :)
ReplyDeletemy friend has had this and says that certain flavors are indeed incredible!!
ReplyDeleteThey are really cute..but wow only 1 good one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.

Haha "I think I'll just buy some regular yogurt and put on my skin" That's hilarious. It might even feel better because it has milk and enzyme degrading bacteria that will chew off the dead skin. The other day I mixed some avacado with some honey, slathered that on my face and that was my facemask.. and it was great!!!
ReplyDeleteThen I ate it!
just kidding just kidding
Haha

I'm more an avocado mask user. I need soothing and deeply cleansing. But I do eat plenty of yogurt:-))
ReplyDeleteAnd I occasionally put it on my hair, have you tried?

ReplyDeleteI recently purchased this online couple days ago and used the whole apricot one after a shower & skin toner. I left it on for 15 mins and was very simple to wash off and i must say my skin feels amazing at the moment its very moist and so soft. I guess everyone is different. :)
ReplyDeleteJust looking through your archive and found this. I tried to pick bits I didn't think you would have tried but you beat me to the punch! Sorry I sent you Not Sweet products - I had no idea what to go for because I don't know your skin type and tone so it had to be something relatively general and I thought this little yoghurt pack looked cool. Looks like looks are deceiving, eh? Sozzles from Rozzles, Kim! Rosemary x
