As I was shopping, I couldn't get over the all the products for Christmas. It's crazy! You have to have willpower or you will have NO MONEY. LOL I took some pictures (as promised). What did I buy? I'm so proud of myself. I only purchased two Glade air fresheners, holiday Ziploc bags, some paper plates, one roll of wrapping paper and a couple of gift bags. I was very proud of myself for not buying a lot of extra stuff. However, I did strategically avoid some departments! HaHa
Target had a beautiful blue, silver & white theme throughout the store. Aren't those gift bags below cute? I prefer wrapping paper, but I couldn't resist the little gingerbread men gift bags. I justified my purchase by saying they were only $1. HaHaHa Check out the spinner on the gift bag below. Yes, now gift bags are interactive. LOL The sayings are so funny.
Remember we talked about holiday lip balm last week? One of the brands was Chapstick.Well Chapstick has come out with ornament tins that contain 3 candy cane lip balms. I thought they were cute. Also remember when we talked about someone who always gets drunk at a party. Well now, there's a "Merry Christmas" flask (canteen) you can give them! Cray Cray! HaHaHa Got the holiday sniffles? No worries. All Kleenex tissue boxes have a holiday design! Below are the Glade air fresheners I purchased. Speaking of scents, can you believe there are now Christmas SCENTED GIFT TAGS!?! So if your present STINKS, at least it will SMELL good. HaHaHa They remind me of those air freshener's on a string, you would hang in your car. LOL I never smell presents. I just rip them open to see what's inside! HaHaHa
And finally, Dunkin Donuts has a vast supply of holiday coffee flavors to suit both your Thanksgiving and Christmas palette. I love the designs on the bags. HaHaHa
So many great Christmas things!
ReplyDeletemakes me want to go shop, but I can't, because the past few year's I've overdone it with buying Christmas paper for wrapping gifts...and I have a huge pile! haha. I also have both sticky labels and little tags for marking gifts. You'd think with the interest I have in accumulating wrapping, I'd be good at it, but I'm terrible, haha! But the thought, which is what counts, is there!
Away From The Blue
I'm so so sad we don't get Target here! You guys sure know how to do holidays!
ReplyDeleteYou got me excited over the holidays now... and that reminds me to pick up some holiday items ASAP and may be start putting up the tree too.

I love, love, love Target. I agree, it takes a lot of willpower to go into Target and not spend every dime I have, haha. They have so much cute holiday stuff (I avoided this section on my last visit) I really need to pick up a bag of that Dunkin' Donuts coffee and those Glade air freshners. That bag with the spinner is too cute, thanks for sharing- I'm going to pick one up for one of my hubby's gifts. Hope you have a great week :)

You sound very excited… :) I have been thinking of Christmas, too, though mainly because I want to have a break from everything and relax with my men. So far, no Christmas shopping apart from getting a new supply of Christmas cards. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Kim someone has been window shopping. Good for you girl. During this time of year, retailers are getting so smart about finding ways to get people to shell out some money. Everything just looks so tempting. Talking about Target, i manage to spend more than intended to even off holiday season. They have some cute stuff. I finally managed to resurface the blogsphere. Took a while but I did it..haha. Miss ya!

OMG, what a fun post Kim and I never realized how much I'd miss Target until moving to EU. I used to take it for granted and how cheap all their cute holiday decor was. Gift bags are like $9 each here. haha in Switzlerand. The Dunkin Donuts holiday flaves are so cute too
ReplyDeleteHappy Shopping!!

AHH I was at Target too and saw all the fun holiday goodies. I actually already purchased the candles from Glade at a different store and then had to buy more since they smelled so wonderful and so festive for the season! It's that time of the year and I'm totally into the mood now. =D

I love Target during the holidays!! love what you posted on!!
ReplyDeleteI want that Gingerbread Coffee by Dunkin' Donuts!
ReplyDeleteAnd those Ziploc bags were really cute.
Oh gosh Kim, it takes serious willpower to resist the pull of all of the wonderful and fun holiday items at Target - as much as I love cross border travel, I always avoid it near the holidays because I can get lost for hours in Target, and then WalMart, and it just goes on and on. We have a lot of holiday stuff here in Canada, too, but the selection does not compare :)
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee
I'd love to be there for Christmas. Those shops look so good.I love the streets and everything.
