Dior Wonderland Nail Lacquer Review

Challenge #14 - Dream And Find Your Personal Wonderland - Ever since I was a little girl, I've been a dreamer. I love to dream. I love to imagine. I believe dreams are our deep desires. They are things we want. Things that make us happy. Things that put a smile on our face. Things we crave. Things we hope for. As we grow older, the challenge is to take those dreams and make them real (to fulfill them). That can be challenging, depending on the desire. For today, let's just stay in WONDERLAND. What's WONDERLAND? It's your happy place! A place in your mind. A place where anything is possible and can happen. Dreaming is an excellent de-stresser and always helps me relax. Someone from Dior must've been dreaming! They recently came out with a WONDERLAND gel nail lacquer. My eyes lit up when I saw the name and color of the polish! I was like, yesss! WONDERLAND in a bottle? I'm all for it! I purchased it and thought the name was befitting for this challenge. WONDERLAND in your mind. WONDERLAND on your nails.

I really love this nail lacquer. Think strawberry pink! Think strawberry ice cream soda or float, with whip cream & a cherry on top! That's the color of Dior's Wonderland (#575) Couture Colour Gel Shine And Long Wear Nail Lacquer when applied and dried. It's the perfect spring and summer shade. You'll think you're sitting in an ice cream or candy shop. I need to learn nail art and use the Nicole by OPI chocolate polishes with this. I could make some cute little sundae nails.HaHaHa There's something magical about the color of Wonderland. When you receive it, you'll think you ordered the wrong nail lacquer, because the pink is lighter in the bottle, than pictured on Dior's website (and even my pictures...my pictures show what it looks like dried). My first thought, was like ohhh...whoahhh...this might not work. HaHaHa It looks neon pink in the bottle. Well I applied it, and low & behold it turned out gorgeous. It darkens after applied and dried. It also gives off a fabulous shine. There are a couple of hiccups. The long-wear part? I couldn't find out how long Dior claimed it would last, but the wear time was 4-5 days for me (which is normal in my book). The brush is pretty wide and holds a lot of product (that didn't bother me, but some nail-istas may find it to be an issue). Neither were problematic for me or stopped me from loving it. Just when you think you've tried every PINK imaginable, another fabulous one comes out. Dior did an excellent job with this. You'll want to add Wonderland to your collection, if you're a fan of pink or Alice in Wonderland (or BOTH! HaHaHa). It's gorgeous and I think it would look fabulous on every skin tone. Not all pinks do.
