MAC Playland Young At Heart Casual Colour (Cheek & Lip) $21 - Sweet
This true cotton candy floss pink can be used on your cheeks and lips! It didn't look good on MY lips (think powdered donuts hahaha), but I did like it on my cheeks. It's highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. Dab & blend! Dab & blend! The color is buildable and it's very creamy. I swatched both the lipstick and the casual colour on my hand below, so you could see the difference in the two colors.
I seriously didn't know how these two colors would look together (on my face) when I purchased them. As you can see, they did complement one another. I'm very pleased and will be using these a lot this Summer. At first, I wasn't going to buy anything from this collection ( I wasn't sure if the colors would be too clownish or too BOLD on me), but I'm glad I did. It worked (so that's why I thought I would do this review for you). I didn't buy anything from the MAC Maleficent Collection, but if you love RED definitely check it out. Have A Sweet Week Everybody!

These are gorgeous colours and they look fantastic on you...the lip colour is more like rasberries than red, which is fine for me as I like that. Looks creamy even, so that's a bonus as most lipsticks are so dry. Super review doll...Happy Monday Xxx

i think you picked the more wearable colors from this collection kim! i wasn't a fan of the blue and yellow shadows and the lipsticks looked ok.

The red balloon lipstick really does look highly pigmented and I'm always interested in how comfortable they feel on the lips too. Sometimes I put gloss over a lipstick but this one looks glossy on its own which is far more convenient. Enjoy your week Kim.

I expected the red balloon lipstick to be a lot more, well, red, but I actually love the hot pink shade that it is in reality. I haven't done too much looking at this collection - the hyper vivid shades aren't really my style - but I'm going to have to rethink that after seeing this gorgeous lip colour on you, Kim!

young at heart looks like a nice replacement for a pink mac lipstick i ran out of. i think it was called up the amp. haven't been able to find another pink like it, but this looks similar.
