Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eyeshadow Palette Review, Swatches & Giveaway

Life is a box of bon bons, according to Too Faced! They released their third chocolate palette and it is called ... Chocolate Bon Bons! Just like an assortment of real bon bons, you get a little bit of EVERYTHING when it comes to colors! The first row of shades had me tickled pink (well really neutral)! The neutral shades were fab! Their pigmentation was excellent! One swipe of each and I was like WOO HOO...GO TOO FACED! The second row of shades are just as beautiful, but a little softer in tone (as you'll see from my swatches, but still very much pigmented). The only one I was disappointed with in the second row was Black Currant. In the pan, it looks to be a very dark & rich purple ... it's not. It's much lighter than what I expected. The third row is BAM...IN YOUR FACE...BOLD! Totally Fetch is the "misfit" shade of this palette! It's a super hot pink and I applaud anyone who can work it (I know there are that can ... So this one is for you) but it SURE AIN'T ME! My hot pink days are OVER! LOL I am in love with Earl Grey! You don't see many grey eye shadows out there, and I needed one in my life. Love the outer packaging! It's always cute. The only packaging gripe with the palette that I have, is that it closes...but it doesn't close well! So when traveling, keep it in it's box or put it in a cosmetic case/ziploc bag .... or else you will have a MESS. Too Faced needs to work on a proper closure for these palettes. They give you a glamour guide of makeup looks to get you started with your palette. It has a mirror (sorry ... not sorry I covered it up with faux sweets). And it smells like SWEET, YUMMY, DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE! To compare this palette to the other one's CLICK HERE.
