The Limited Edition
Tarte Tarteist Blush Palette has been very popular and keeps selling out (
ULTA)! I kept going back & forth as to whether or not I should purchase it. Blushes can sometimes go terribly wrong with me. I'm slowly putting my makeup room together, and I noticed that I don't have many BLUSHES :D Do you have many blushes? I use to be a blush queen, but now I am a lipstick queen! So, seeing how few I had, I purchased it. If you like pink, peachy or beige-y blushes, then this palette is for you. Tarte calls this a Blush Wardrobe! A wardrobe means you have CHOICES. Tarte gives you FOUR: LIVE (poppy coral), LAUGH (peachy coral), LOVE (nude mauve) & DREAM (soft fuchsia)! Don't let my swatches fool you! These blushes are VERY PIGMENTED! When you apply, use a light hand. But this also means, this palette will last you for a very long time. I like that the colors are soft & wearable. There's nothing jarring about them. The colors are also perfect for Spring & Summer. Since my love for
Too Faced's Baby Love Blush, I knew the two "dead" colors in the middle would suit me (laugh & love). My favorite is LOVE! It's very similar to Too Faced's Baby Love, but with a little more punch to it. I'm glad I purchased this. I'm really pleased with the quality of these blushes. I can see why Tarte blushes are a favorite among many. Now I just need more "dead" colors in my collection. LOL :D

Tarte Limited Edition Tarteist Blush Palette is Sweet
I can see why it's always sold out, the blushers are stunning and one that I would use all the time too! Is this an Ulta special because I don't think I've seen it elsewhere and frankly, this is the first review I've read on them, Kim.

After seeing this on your Snapchat I knew I had to have it...so I checked the Tarte website since they have a great F&F sale...SOLD OUT! Of course...just my luck. I love their blushes, they don't swatch well but are so pigmented and last forever! So jealous you got your hands on this!

Every single color in this is just beautiful Kim! Nice addition! I used to love Tarte blushes when I wore powder blushes more. They're great quality. These days I favor cream blushes especially the RMS Lip2 Cheek.
ReplyDeleteThese tones are so pretty. I need the "dead" colors too. I actually haven't worn blush in years because it just doesn't look right on my skin!
ReplyDeleteI only have two blushes in my collection right now, and I think that's the most I've had for a while. I tend to prefer bronzer to blush, but I also find it really difficult to find a blush shade that suits me. And matte blushes make me really nervous, I'm always so afraid to look like I did my make-up in 1984, ha ha!

This seems like a really nice palette! The colors are definitely pigmented.
ReplyDeleteI like a mauve-y color now and then but I wear mostly peach and reddish/terracotta colors.
Stunning colors!!! I need more blushes in my life--like you, I am more of a lipstick queen!
ReplyDeleteI love their individual package for blushes this is cute but you have to be cautious not to grab from the one next to it.
ReplyDeleteOh well, Im as u Kim, now Im a lippie queen but I was used to be a blush queen as well now! Still have to finish them though, so I stopped to buy them as before! The palette looks amazing, what a texture and finish! xo
ReplyDeletelooks great!

Very pretty shades and I love the packaging.
ReplyDeleteThere's such a nice color selection in this palette. Tarte does blushes so well. Even the lighter, more muted blushes are pigmented! I wish tarte would stop making everything limited edition!
ReplyDeletethese blushes are really lovely..the first one is my fav one!
ReplyDeleteLove the colours!!
ReplyDeleteHope you’re having a Fabulous Day! Kisses,

This palette is seriously something I want to purchase but I'm on a no-buy ! Tarte Blushes are some of my favorites and I've only ever tried one baby size before this! I know I want to collection them all!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such a great review and I love that you capture your swatches and product in some little gif's (moving images)!
Looks so beautiful! And so nice to have them all in a palette so it seems great for travel!

This palette is super pretty kim! That's so funny how you call those 'dead' colors because those are totally my favorite shades to wear too lol! I still need to get the too faced baby love, and I'm sure I'd love those two shades in the middle of this palette too! They all definitely look beautiful though. I hope you share your makeup room when it's all put together! Not having a lot of blushes is a good excuse to get a palette like this. I have a ton of them but honestly I don't wear a lot of them anymore. I keep going for my 'dead' shades and neglecting all the rest LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteLet's wait until Halloween to see if the DEAD collection will come out. Ain't no queen, but I love a good lipstick. I love the colors.
ReplyDeletethese blush colors are so pretty! I hope they have these at sephora <3

Love the colours and the box itself. Admittedly, I have no blushes at the moment at all. Whenever I need one I just use the Lip2Cheek. :)
ReplyDeleteI can see why this would sell out Kim - what a great set of colours! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the pigmentation of the Tarte blushes too - I am still using one of the ones I won in your giveaway over a year ago - you hardly need to use any to get a great colour and I haven't used any up yet - unless you count the one the toddler threw in the toilet.....ha! I nearly cried!

I am totally not a blush person but then again I am terrible at make up and have kept the same routine since my college days. But really, coming to your blog, Kim, I've been telling myself to be a little bit more informed and am gaining more interest in make up and brands every day. Youtubing make up tutorials is a thing for me now :) and while I did start a little lipstick collection I find that I have quite a nail polish stash and switching up colors on my nails is a fun thing to do :)
ReplyDeleteTarte blushes really are fabulous- this palette has a fab selection! Thanks so much for the helpful swatches :)

These blushes look so pretty and I can certainly see that they're very pigmented! I also love the packing and the names of the blushes, too, so cute! Thanks so much for sharing, beauty, and I hope you're having a great week so far!

This blush palette is really beautiful. Love all the shades I think it would be perfect for me. Tarte cosmetics are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteTeehee..."dead colours"....
ReplyDeleteAnyhoo, I've been checking out blushes lately, and this sounds good, Kim. I like them to very pigmented because for some reason, blushes just don't show up on my cheeks as much as I would like.
Those are pretty blush colors. Thanks for the review!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful set of colors! Thanks for the review Kim!
