Too Faced Merry Macarons is Supersweet
Too Faced Christmas In New York Merry Macarons Outside Packaging (Outside Box)
The outer box is similar to The Chocolate Shop palette that's at Sephora (only much smaller ... book size). It gives a cityscape of New York City. It has Christmas In New York, with a Too Faced Wreath and Merry Macarons written on the front. On the back are the names of all 12 eye shadows included in the palette. It also shows what the palette looks like and that it includes a mini sample of Too Faced's Better Than Sex mascara.Too Faced Christmas In New York Merry Macarons Inner Packaging
Within the outer box (above), there's another box! Remove the lid. Open it up (the lid flaps down). The big reveal is a beautiful scene as imagined by Jerrod Blandino. Rockefeller Center always has a tall, fully-decorated Christmas tree! In this box, the Christmas tree is decorated from top to bottom with macarons. Rockefeller Center during Christmas always has an ice skating rink. The pretty pink-haired girl I showed you in The Chocolate Shop Palette & also The Grande Hotel Cafe is featured here ice skating. Then there's the cutest little macaron cart, featuring all kinds of tasty macarons & puppy dog. In the middle of all of this is a mini-size Better Than Sex mascara. The 12 shade eye shadow palette is housed within the box. It easily pops out and fits in your hand. Let's take a look at the shades...Too Faced Christmas In New York Merry Macarons Eye Shadows
You get 12 eye shadows with this palette. All I can say, is I love each and everyone! There wasn't one bad one out the bunch. Each are highly pigmented. This palette and the Grand Cafe Hotel were my favorites out of the three. The Chocolate Shop was good, but some of the mattes were misses. As far as packaging, ALL of them were a hit in my book. Did you have a favorite out of the three?Too Faced Christmas In New York Merry Macaron How To Glamour Guide

Oh my! So hard to pick a fave. These palettes are just so adorable, Kim:) And I love the fact that the pink-haired girl is in all of them. I'll be checking these out for sure. I haven't bought makeup in awhile so I have an excuse...bwahaha!
ReplyDeleteMore adorable packaging! Pretty palettes too. :)
ReplyDeleteToo Faced as really gone all out with their packaging for these holidays sets and the results are absolutely stunning! The eyeshadow shades in this palette are lovely, too, it's nice to see some true neutrals mixed in with the bolder shades - Too Faced eyeshadow palettes tend to be more colourful than I would normally choose but this feels like a mix where I would really use all of the colours! Thanks for another great review and giveaway, Kim :)
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee
Thank you.

This holiday palette is super cute too! I love that his little pup Clover mad an appearance in this pop up scene! The colors are so pretty and pigmented!
ReplyDeleteThis packaging is absolutely darling but it's the eye shadow shades that have caught my eye here. Jewel tones like these are so nice for the holidays and generally universally flattering as well.
ReplyDeleteI can't get over the fact that Christmas sets are already out! I can't get my life together and makeup companies are months ahead of us. LOL! This is such a pretty palette and the colors all look gorgeous. Banana Cream...soooo pretty!

The packaging is just so cute and so well done! The shades look lovely too, even if the formulas weren't all perfect!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to visit New York at Christmas and see the snow and lights, it would be magical.
Hope you're having a fantastic week :)
Away From The Blue Blog
The palette looks beautiful and I've been experimenting more with shadow colors instead of the gold bronzey eye I've done pretty much daily all my life so the purple hues are so perfect for that!

Wow, to read you say there wasn't a bad one in the bunch is pretty impressive and speaks volumes of this palette's quality! Would you believe that I was born and raised in New York, grew up right outside NYC in the The Bronx borough and NEVER visited Rockefeller Center during Christmas? I honestly don't know why. Actually, I take that back I do, haha. I think the crowds have always deterred my interest, but you know what, I've got to do it and perhaps this year. Yup, after I've moved to Connecticut, haha. Makes no sense, but okay. Anyway, this is such a cute and charming collection and makes for such a wonderful giveaway! You host the best giveaways, girl, always offering your followers that chance to win such amazing, high quality products! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you're having the best week so far, beauty!

Christmas in New York should be wonderful! I'd like to spend some time there, I guess it's all a show! Good pigmentation that have these eye shadows, I think with any of these combinations can be achieved infarction smokey eyes!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, what an utterly beautiful set! I always seem to find myself swooning over Too Faced products haha :) This would make such a brilliant Christmas gift, i'll definitely keep it in mind when it's time to start the festive shopping (hooray!). I would definitely enter this but for some reason I can't find your account on Instagram? Sorry Kim! Hope you're having a fab weekend :)

Super gorgeous holiday collection! That palette is amazing.
ReplyDeleteI've been to NYC during the holiday season, and it is so crowded! lol What do you expect with NYC, right? It's still a lot of fun, though. All of these shadows are really pretty and look like they swatched well!
