Yoplait Oui French Style Yogurt Review

Not Sponsored. I've been wanting to try Yoplait's OUI French Style Yogurt for awhile. So I purchased 5 of the 12 flavors they offer. The first thing you notice is the cute packaging. Honestly, that is what made me buy them. This yogurt comes in cute little glass jar pots. At the bottom, you see a layer of fruit. The yogurt is then added atop. You then notice the cute labels that display "handwritten" names of each flavor, and drawings of the fruit (that's inside the jar) both on the label and lid (which peels off). Yoplait really paid attention to every detail. They are a pleasure to eat from. How were the flavors? Delicious. The yogurt is creamy and not overly sweet. I wish there was a bit more fruit. It's a very small layer at the bottom of the pot. I love eating yogurt for breakfast and as a snack. My favorite out the group was strawberry. Don't be afraid of key lime! It's more like the meringue from a key lime pie. All that's missing is the graham cracker crust. LOL All the other flavors tasted very natural. The flavors that I picked up were 160 calories and 15g of sugar. According to the American Heart Association, women should only take in 25g a day (sugar) or 6 teaspoons of sugar (source). I regularly eat Fage Total Split Cup yogurt, which contains between 100-150 calories and 11g of sugar. I love the way it tastes. Oui is cute but I think I'm going to stick with Fage. Some other things to note, is OUI is NON-GMO and contains real fruit and yogurt cultures. Plus no artificial flavors and no colors from artificial sources. The glass pots are reusable (you can fill them with snacks, spices, even grow succulents etc) and there are plastic lids you can buy from Yoplait that fit these pots (in blue & clear). Yoplait has come out with dessert-themed OUI flavors such as chocolate with shavings, caramelized apple, dark chocolate raspberry and sea salt caramel. Very interested in trying those. I just wanted to share my thoughts with you :) They both look & taste good. Just trying to watch the sugar.
