Not Sponsored: Sara Happ came out with two lip scrubs (in a tube) for Summer - Lemonade (ULTA) and Confetti Cake (ULTA). Confetti Cake is not new. If you've been a reader of this blog, you may remember me reviewing it back in 2014. It was an absolutely delicious lip scrub, but it was a limited edition flavor. I hated to see it go. So I was excited to see that she brought it back this year! It's now in a pink tube with pretty confetti. I recently purchased her Lemonade lip scrub. From it's pretty yellow packaging, I knew it was pure lemonade and not pink lemonade. There IS a difference. The lemonade scent and flavor of this lip scrub is very authentic (as are all Sara Happ lip scrubs). If you like sour & bitter flavors, then this lip scrub is for you. I prefer sweeter tastes. I wish she would come out with a pink lemonade lip scrub. This still has a great taste, but if you're looking for something sweet tasting, this is not it. This lip scrub provides EXCELLENT exfoliation. My lips felt so smooth after using this lip scrub. Sara Happ introduced her lip scrubs in a tube towards the end of last year. I reviewed her Sugar and Shine Lip Kit, which contained her Hot Cocoa & Pink Marshmallow Lip Scrub and Whipped Vanilla Lip Glow. It was a really nice set. I like the tubes, because they are easy to travel with, keep at your desk at work and house in your purse. You just apply, work the scrub into your lips and wipe. The tubes are great for when you're on-the-go or used in your bathroom. Also, a little goes a long way. The only other quirk I have about the lemonade flavor is that it wasn't as moisturizing as her other lip scrubs. It exfoliated beautifully, but I had to apply a balm to my lips after exfoliating. Other than that, pour me a cool glass of lemonade!
