Not Sponsored - HOLD ON TO YOUR TEETH :) Cocofloss has been on my wishlist for a couple of years. Doesn't that sound funny? DENTAL FLOSS on my list for a couple of years. I didn't jump to buy it, because I was determined to use up all of my old dental floss before INDULGING in this LUXURY (bougie bougie) dental floss. HaHaHa What did I know about the brand Cocofloss? Not much. It looked pretty. It looked delicious (they offer an assortment of yummy flavors). It looked designer and luxurious. Yes, I'm talking about DENTAL FLOSS :P But what about the brand Cocofloss? Cocofloss is owned by two sisters. One is a dentist (Chrystle). The other, an artist (Catherine). I can see how this baby came together! How is Cocofloss different from your regular dental floss? Cocofloss states your regular dental floss is slippery and simply moves plaque around. Cocofloss has filaments and scrubs away plaque (like a LOOFAH). The first thing I noticed was how different it looked in comparison to my old floss. It wasn't glossy or slick. More like a string. It had a faint scent of strawberries. The floss has no taste. I was hoping it screamed strawberries, but it doesn't :( No matter what fragrance [the brand says fragrance] you choose, EACH is "infused with microcrystalline wax, coconut oil, fruit oils, and fragrances". So expect a faint scent, no matter what flavor/fragrance you choose. BUT, I still give it a SUPER DUPER WUPER RATING! Why? THIS DENTAL FLOSS WORKS! I underestimated the prettiness of it. When you floss in-between your teeth HOLD ON BABY! IT IS POWERFUL! It will get everything out. My mouth felt SUPER CLEAN. I am thoroughly impressed. Don't let its prettiness fool you. I was using a well known name brand oral dental care floss and this beats it. HANDS DOWN! Did I say I was impressed? I AM. If you flip it over on the back, it keeps track of how much floss you have left. Its a cute little chart. You start with a 60 day supply, then 30 days, 2 weeks and then a Floss Party (buy some more). HaHaHa These ladies really make dental care FUN. I learned about this dental floss from my blog buddy Rowena at Rolala Loves Blog (here). When she raved about it, I knew it was really good. Also, this dental floss is "Free of parabens, SLS, PFAS [and is] Cruelty-free!" It gets rid of plaque, bad breath, helps yellow-stained teeth, and bleeding gums (makes them tougher). Put it on your list! Since we're talking about oral hygiene and care, I'm also VERY impressed with MARVIS TOOTHPASTE I just purchased some more AND they have a mouthwash. Look for a review soon.
