Not Sponsored: Hey guys! So this year, I've been testing products that promote calmness and getting a good night's rest. I just finished trying REN's & Now To Sleep Pillow Spray (Net-A-Porter, Dermstore, Sephora). It's a pillow mist that promises to help you get a better nights sleep. The ingredients in this pillow spray include frankincense oil (soothes and calms the mind), hops oil (helps get a better night sleep) and lavender oil (helps relax). This pillow spray has a very light scent to it. It's very soft in comparison to the other pillow sprays that I have tried (here and here). The first night I tried it, I didn't shake the bottle (it doesn't say to shake it) and spritzed it on my pillow cases and sheets. I initially picked up a scent and then I didn't smell anything. I lied down, relaxed and I was still awake. I didn't go to sleep right away. So I got up, shook the bottle and spritzed everything again. Again the scent dissipated, but I then went on to have a wonderful night's rest. The next night I shook the bottle, spritzed my bedding and I was still awake. So I spritzed some more and eventually went to sleep. For me, it seemed to take more spritzing (more product) than the other two brands I tried (linked above) for me to go to sleep. I had a wonderful night's rest, but both times I had to spritz more. So I prefer the other two brands. I'm also loving these sleep vitamins. There's too much I have to do with this product. The packaging for this product is the absolute cutest! I love the cute little sleep mask and sleepy eyes. It's adorable. I LOVE REN Skincare. I use their cleanser and many of their other products.
