Not Sponsored: If ever you want to have a FUN lunch or dinner, just say HIBACHI! I went to Fuji Hana Sushi Bar & Hibachi Steakhouse in Gretna, Louisiana (Westbank) and it was so much fun. I've really never given sushi a chance, so I was a little apprehensive. But what I've tried so far is really good. I had Soya Soup (not pictured) and a Salmon, Tuna Avocado Roll (really delicious). I picked lobster, clams, and shrimp for the hibachi. It's so entertaining! I videoed the excitement. Love the volcano that was made with the onions. It's truly an art form and takes skill. So bring your appetite & a great attitude and have FUN! I really enjoyed myself.
