I was ecstatic that they asked and said yes, for many reasons. One, I was always a fan of Barbie dolls as a child. Secondly, the marketing for Barbie The Movie (which comes out July 21)  has been off the charts. The excitement is everywhere! I'm here for it, especially after seeing Architectural Digest's Barbie Movie's Dreamhouse, which gives a behind the scenes look of the movie set. Thirdly, you guys know I'm a big fan of beauty products. I've never tried any products from Truly Beauty. So this worked out to be a great.

Barbie™ The Movie Glow Jelly Face Mask

I've tried this jelly face mask for about three nights now. I'm impressed. When you hear the word jelly, you automatically think sticky or tacky. That is NOT the case with this mask. You cleanse and tone your skin. Then you apply the mask to your face. It feels cool against the skin. Very soothing and relaxing. You do not rinse this mask off. The next morning, my skin felt really soft and moisturized. I really liked my results. This mask is really good. 

This mask contains the following ingredients:

Ashwagandha - A powerful adaptogen full of antioxidants and collagen-boosting properties. Ashwagandha can be helpful in treating fine lines, dark spots, irritation, and fatigued skin.

Ginseng - From fine lines to hyperpigmentation, there’s little this antioxidant-rich adaptogenic ingredient can’t fix. Ginseng has been proven to increase collagen production and inhibit melanin production, giving skin a more youthful, even-looking appearance.

Glycolic Acid - A chemical exfoliant that sheds dead skin cells and spurs cell turnover, resulting in smoother, fresher, more youthful-looking skin. 

Vitamin C - A potent antioxidant, vitamin C is known to brighten, improve skin texture, and visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.

Coconut - Rich in fatty acids, coconut oil deeply hydrates skin and reinforces its natural protective barrier to better retain moisture.

 Dreamy Barbie™ The Movie Adaptogenic Bedtime Butter

The bedtime butter is for the chest and neck area. It's goal is to tighten and firm. Can I put this all over? Because I need to tighten and firm everything. HaHaHa. Do you love the swirl? Isn't it pretty. It has a really great refreshing scent. I would describe it as a grape sorbet. You apply it to your skin (neck and chest). The texture of this body butter is pretty thick. It's very moisturizing. You don't want to touch those areas, because you will feel the product on your fingers. I've only used this product for three nights. I found it to be an excellent moisturizer. I'll have to use it a lot more to confirm tightening and firming. I'll keep using it and update this post in the future.
