It feels like a heavy oil, but once you put it in your hair, the hair absorbs it really well. Your hair won't feel heavy. It will feel hydrated and moisturized. It gives the hair a beautiful shine and the hair feels smooth. My hair even became wavy while using this product. I could brush and comb through my hair with ease. My hair was manageable. I really liked it. I'm trying to compare this to my favorite Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil. This moisturizes deeper and more thoroughly. But I think I like this more during the Winter and colder months. So, I'll continue testing it through the year. But if you have coarse hair or thick long hair, it might work for you. To all, it's either a love it or hate it product. I have short coarse hair, so it works for me.

Fresh Beauty suggests using this every night. It's the first night, that you will experience all the bells and whistles. After that, not much else. Maybe my skin is in really good shape. So if yours is as well, I don't see you having to use this every night. It's a great maintainer! I feel it's a little too gentle for what I need. I'm sticking with my Sunday Riley because its more powerful. I would use this up to my 30's. I'm in my 50's, so I require more. But it's really good!
