Crown Affair The Leave In Conditioner Review

Disclosure:This post contains affiliate links. I get commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post.

Not Sponsored: I have heard so many good things about Crown Affair The Leave In Conditioner (Goop, Sephora, Moda Operandi). It has so many great ratings. So what about the brand? It's woman founded. She believes in clean products and ingredients. Her standards are NO artificial dyes, NO EDTA PEGs or PPGs, NO sulfates, NO parabens, NO PFAs, NO talc, and NO toxic polymers. 1% of every Crown Affair purchase is donated to a non-profit of your choice. The bottom line, CLEAN PERFORMANCE HAIR CARE.

Crown Affair says the leave in conditioner is a weightless hydrating cream that can be used on dry or wet hair. It's cruelty free and vegan. They go on to say...

Nourish strands, reduce frizz, and lock in hydration with The Leave-In Conditioner. Formulated to add moisture to damp hair and revive dry strands without leftover residue, our quick absorbing cream smooths strands and adds meaningful shine.

The Leave-In Conditioner is powered by our signature hydrating ingredient, Tsubaki Meadows™️, a supremely lightweight blend of fatty acids that nourish deeply to help prevent breakage, reduce frizz, and act as a natural heat protectant. This is truly a does everything formula: it adds hydration to damp strands, rehydrates dry, aids in detangling, and encourages healthy hair for the long term. The formula is versatile and buildable and can be used on all hair types.

So, what were my results? This leave in conditioner was very lightweight. A little too airy for my hair needs. It's great to style the hair, but my hair needs more moisture. It just wasn't enough. I had to use a lot to get the same results that I get from using my Bumble and Bumble or Rodan + Fields.  Again, this is an excellent product, but if you need LOTS OF MOISTURE, I don't think this is for you. This is when you need a dab to keep hairs in place and give it a little oomph!

Rodan + Fields Defrizz Oil Treatment Review

Not Sponsored: As you can tell, I've been trying a lot of hair products. I tried Rodan + Fields Defrizz Oil Treatment. You can work it into either damp or dry hair. I did both. It feels like a heavy oil, but once you put it in your hair, the hair absorbs it really well. Your hair won't feel heavy. It will feel hydrated and moisturized. It gives the hair a beautiful shine and the hair feels smooth. My hair even became wavy while using this product. I could brush and comb through my hair with ease. My hair was manageable. I really liked it. I'm trying to compare this to my favorite Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil. This moisturizes deeper and more thoroughly. But I think I like this more during the Winter and colder months. So, I'll continue testing it through the year. Rodan + Fields pretty much says the same things I'm saying (shine, softness, hydration and heat protection). Anyone with fine hair, may not like this product. It might be too heavy. But if you have coarse hair or thick long hair, it might work for you. To all, it's either a love it or hate it product. I have short coarse hair, so it works for me.

Discover Homes Inspired by Global Destinations

Mediterranean Villas: Sun-Kissed Elegance

Imagine and transport yourself to the shores of Italy or Greece with Mediterranean-inspired homes - see how you feel. Arched doorways, terracotta roofs, and sun-drenched courtyards are a few of the features these properties showcase, while interiors are often graced with natural stone, warm wood accents, and flowing layouts that invite both relaxation and entertainment. Whether you’re enjoying a glass of wine on a Tuscan-style terrace or a sunset dinner in a courtyard garden, these homes evoke the charm of coastal Europe.

Tropical Paradises: Island Vibes All Year Round

Escape to a tropical oasis every day with homes inspired by Bali, the Maldives, or the Caribbean. Picture open-plan layouts with seamless indoor-outdoor living, infinity pools overlooking lush greenery, and decor that features natural materials like bamboo and teak. Tropical homes emphasize relaxation, bringing the serenity of island life into your everyday routine.

Modern Urban Retreats: City Sophistication

Urban-inspired homes reflect the glamour of cities like New York, Paris, and Tokyo for those who thrive in the energy of cosmopolitan life. These residences also feature sleek, minimalist designs, high-tech, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking cityscapes with rooftop gardens, art-inspired interiors, and access to vibrant cultural hubs. All these things make these homes ideal for urban adventurers.

Canada: Where Travel-Inspired Luxury Meets Diverse Living

Canada is known worldwide for its rich cultural tapestry and stunning landscapes, offering homes that draw inspiration from around the world and from dream destinations. Canadian living spaces often reflect the spirit of adventure, ambition, and natural beauty - from the cosmopolitan streets of Toronto to the serene mountainous retreats of British Columbia.

New Homes in Canada: A World of Possibilities

Canada's housing market is booming with new developments that are designed to cater to a variety of tastes for buyers as well as investors. The incorporation of global influences, such as Scandinavian minimalism, Japanese Zen gardens, or Mediterranean-style courtyards are all part of modern homes in Toronto.

These new constructions and designs not only showcase the latest in architectural design but also focus on sustainability, featuring energy-efficient technologies and eco-conscious materials.

With interest in globally inspired homes on the rise, many buyers turn to online platforms to browse new developments and design-forward properties. Tools such as ViewHomes, Livabl, and PropertyMesh allow users to explore new builds across Canada, offering a wide view of the country’s evolving real estate landscape.

Canada's largest city, Toronto, is a prime example of travel-inspired luxury. Its neighborhoods are filled with homes that channel the ambiance of European townhouses, New York lofts, or tropical havens with lush indoor greenery. These designs seamlessly integrate the cultural diversity of the city.

For those who are drawn to nature, new homes in the Rockies provide an escape into rugged luxury, creating spaces that feel both familiar and exciting. These properties often feature panoramic mountain views, rustic stone fireplaces, and interiors that echo the tranquility of alpine retreats.

Making Your Home a Travel Destination

Bringing the essence of your favorite travel destinations into your home is easier than ever now. You can simply consider incorporating elements like:

Color Schemes: When deciding on colors, use shades that evoke your chosen destination, like warm earth tones for Mediterranean vibes or calming blues for coastal retreats.

Textures and Materials: Play around with natural materials such as bamboo, stone, or reclaimed wood for an authentic and close-to-nature feel.

Global Decor: Furnish your home with art, rugs, and furniture sourced from the destinations you love.

The Ultimate Travel-Inspired Lifestyle

Homes inspired by travel destinations offer more than just aesthetics—they create an experience. Whether it’s waking up to a view reminiscent of the Alps, relaxing in a room designed with Balinese tranquility, or cooking in a kitchen inspired by Parisian cafés, these homes allow you to live your dream vacation every day.

Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Long Last Styling Cream Review

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. I get commission for purchases made through the links in this post.

Not Sponsored: I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bumble and Bumble's Hairdresser's Invisible Oil! I use it on my hair every single day. But I HATE HATE HATE Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Long Last Styling Cream (Selfridge, Nordstrom, Macy's, Kohl's Target), ! I really do. It is so HEAVY. I've tried it when my hair was WET and DRY! It just weighs it down and does nothing for it. It's slick and greasy as well. I wear my hair pulled back and when I go to put it in a ponytail, its so slick that it's hard to grasp my hair. Can you tell I don't like this product? The only hair type I can see who might like this are super curly hair girls/guys. Your hair will love this stuff and make your curls go BOING! But anyone else? Nah. I don't even think I'm using too much.

Bumble and Bumble says this cream gives three days of hydration, frizz reduction and style retention. They say it's a lightweight styling cream. It's a 6 Oil Blend + Nangai Oil. It offers humidity protection. It prevents split ends. It protects from heat tools. It's for all patterns of hair (curly, wavy, straight). It has great reviews on their website. But it's not working for me and I can't recommend it. And NO this is not an April Fool's Joke, I really don't like it. I give it Bittersweet for the curly hair people :)
